Absolutely appalling service. Lack of feedback, forget to notify of disclaimers, ignore your mails, will not provide feedback, you have to phone them. Always ANOTHER part that needs replacing etc etc

If it was possible to not give a star I would have. Sent my machine for repairs and sent a new part with. They charged me for fitment and to reset the machine, they only reset the machine and never fitted my new part.Only when I got home I saw the old part is still in the machine. Once I queried where my new part was they sworn that it has been fitted. It was never fitted and after alot of back and forth they found" the part that the technician put in his pocket.So I was charged almost a R1000 for them to push a button for 5sec.I would not recommend them at all."

Booked a call for a dishwasher installation. Their technician arrived, looked at what was needed and then left prising to rerurn with the correct part to install. All that is needed is a pipe extension threaded on bothe sides, one into the existing inlet and one where the dishwasher fitting is fitted on. This was Monday. Today is Wednesday and all I get from them when I call to enquire is excuses. Is Isaak the boss? I am told each time he will call me back. What is so difficult to obtain the threaded pipe accoring to requirements??? I wont be using them ever again and will not recommend them. The service sucks!!!
