Has plenty of stocks in the shop. The only issue is the long queues at the cash counter. Need more people to handle the crowd. There are many cash counters in the shop. But most of them are vacant and only 3 - 4 counters are found operating. This is the prime reason for the huge crowd and chaos at the counter

Very bad service. The till operator was not helpfull at all. Just a blatant no on all my questions. I dont think I will go there again.

The store itself is beautiful and very well stocked but the service is not good at all. Only 4 tills open in peak time???? This is really not good. You really need to open more tills when the queues get this long. This is not a new problem at this specific Pick n Pay.

This is a great place to do all in one shopping and even with the family , watch movies , have some ice cream , or a mini lunch it has all the important shops ,really great

I went to buy a refill for my coffee and the prices scan wrong at the till , luckily I noticed it but IT IS STEALING to scan prices for more than what they are on the shelf. Do you expect people to investigate each slip and go check prices on the shelf again?

Slow to non existing service. When they get to you eventually they're practically no help and unprofessional with no enthusiasm. The store wasn't even busy, they simply don't care. I've been there more than once looking to buy something and it was the same every time. Simply shocking.

I bought a calculator on 11/01/22, only to discover it missing from the items I brought home. Went back to the store on 12/01/22 to enquire. Was referred to the CCTV division. The security lady was so helpful: told me I carried the calculator (even demonstated how), and then led led me to the mall security, and to the conrol room. I got there and responded to the questions asked (related to the missing item). I am very glad to tell a positive tale: I found the calculator. Thanks to Loch Logan PicknPay for not dismissing my claim, and to the Mall for superb housekeeping.
