They don’t accept Tap To Pay.. in 2022, how pathetic is that? We shopped for over an hour to find clothes which came to over R2000+ only for the cashier to tell us they don’t support tap to pay. Completely wasted our time.I use my Apple Watch to pay everywhere because it is more convenient than carrying around a wallet.

A nice selection of clothes but not a lot in plus size. The sales ladies were very friendly compared to the last time I visited this store. They should work on selling more plus size clothes.

I returned a broken shoes for the second time and I’m advised never to buy shoes at edges by an employee (Levia)…The worst customer service I have ever experience in my life..rude and disrespectful… chowing gam in front of the clients

I was in the store what an unpleasant experience. The ladies at the cosmetic department was screaming on each other with very load music nobody want to hear and even dancing. Really what happened to be profesional in your work. Won't go there again, but it doesn't seems as if they even take notice of all the complaints sins its only getting worse!
