Im so disappointed with some AMC consultant named Vivian Vathiswa Hugosson who robbed us of our money ....We were a stockfel group of ladies that joined under her name our wish was to get 38 piece cutlery of which only two from our 5 group members got . This lady lied to us and took our money and she didnt deliver we were so patient with her thinking that she will give us back our money but she didnt we even went so far as to report her at the Bellville branch bt nothing was done ....till today we still waiting for our money ...She only gave 800 rand out of the 4300 that she must pay back to us ...its so sad that our savings each month of 290 she took knowingly she wont deliver ....if anyone can assist in this issue pls do we ran out of options now .

Assistant was very helpfull

Handle of pot broke of. Shop in Centurion said they couldnt fix it, as holes of handles were different from old pots. I had to pay half a pot price and then would get a new pot to replace broken pot. Belville shop took my pot, i paid for polishing and voila, brand new Thanks for good service. I had to call once, because it took long, but then I got a fast reaction.

Good service, replaced 30 year old knobs in 2 ticks.
