Scott and Zac were here very quickly. Diagnosed the problem. Found a replacement. And worked hard in the heat. We now have hot water. They fixed the dodgy previous installation from years ago. Very pleased with our local guys. Friendly.

We needed a plumber to check out a rusty hose under the kitchen sink. Scott came and diagnosed the problem and offered a solution which once agreed on, he carried out efficiently, professionally and tidily. I’ll definitely will be using them again for any future plumbing repairs.

Scott did a great job and has a very friendly personality. He was quick to respond to the job, very thorough and professional, explained the problem and outlined the options, telling me the costs up front. Scott cleaned up the area when he had finished. Will definitely contact him the next time I need a plumbing job done and would certainly recommend him.

Used them to install the 'Temp valve' in our Gas hot water system. which was only a month and half old. When I called first the difference was Scot who answered advised me to do some troubleshooting, in spite of being on a another job. Did so and called back , told me how much its going to cost ( very reasonable) 'no call out fees' . Scot turned up at the time he said he would . Job done problem fixed. The other plumbing companies I called took me round the bend trying to flee you with all sorts of nonsense talk. Can recommend to anyone based on my experience. Chris De Silva. Beaumont Hills
