Always a pleasure to shop at clicks or collect self meds or acute or chronic meds from the dispensary.Recently revamped, it now caters what other clicks stores (like Gateway) does, from clicks baby clothing to detergents and all toiletries. Especially love the clicks brand toilet rolls.Wide range of vitamins, hair care products to choose from.looking for snacks, you can shop till you drop.Absolutely great walking in there!!!

Average service with most medication available. Remember to take a ticket before being attended to. Staff won’t remind you to do so.

Most inefficient pharmacy and staff, processor's the script first, then reliazes medications are not in stock. Takes 4 working days to attempt getting medications. I then had to reverse script and get medication elsewhere.

Fast and good service. They actually had the medication, while two other pharmacies did not have. Real thumbs up!

If there was a zero this clicks would've got it. I went in to collect medication for my wife. I paid R577 for three packs of pain killers, which were prescribed over 3 months but all given to me at one time by the pharmacy assistant. When I got home I realised that the amount paid was not for all the medication required on my scripts but rather for the painkillers only. The following day I then go to return the sealed medication in the same packaging but the pharmacist says rudely he wont be able to return the medication and continues to argue with me, I then finally went to the manager who then said they wont be able to return the pain killers which I bought in less than 24 hours.Service is terrible and no one seems to know what's going on. I must now sit with 180 pain killers which were prescribed only for my wifes minor headaches that cost me R577. I've always bought my meds there but after this experience, I will definitely choose a different supplier.
