Glitz & Glamz

The so called beautician dropped the wax on my entire eyebrow, cheek and neck. She then took out half my left eyebrow today, 07/02/2021. The worst experience ever. The manager Iris didn't even show that she cared neither did she apologize. I was furious, vented out my anger and refused to pay. The beautician had to go and buy a black pencil to literally draw on a false eyebrow which still looked awful. I had to wipe off the cover-up pencil and do it myself. I told the manager that I had to do it myself and she was sarcastic and said 'good'. Clearly Glitz and Glam at Bluff Tower's does not value nor appreciate all their clients.I will not go back there.Pathetic customer service.Don't they train their staff so they don't cause a blunder like they did today.Extremely disappointed.To think during this tough times people will value their jobs , I guess Glitz and Glam at Bluff Tower's choose which customers to be good too.Their facial expressions and reaction showed as if they didn't want business from me, yet they messed up.I want an apology from the manager and the owner/s.I can send the picture of my destroyed eyebrow.Totally disgusted at the terrible service and experience.

Absolutely terrible service. The person who mans the front desk is cold, unwelcoming and rude. I definitely will not be coming back here, as the person who used to do an exceptional job on my eyebrows no longer works here, and those who are still there seem quite uninterested in my patronage. Horrible, horrible, horrible. If there was an option to rate less than a star, I would.
