I was hugely impressed with the guys from Drain Surgeon when I had to have a toilet replaced this week. As the complex chairman, by default, I use the same plumber. However they could only replace the toilet in 2-days time, so I contacted Drain Surgeon and they were here within about 2-hours! They work extremely neatly and explained to me what the had done and said I must call them immediately if I have any issues with the installation. They are definitely my go-to plumber next time.Keep up the good work!

Water pipe had been inadvertently pierced with a jackhammer. SLR employees were quick to respond to our call, identified the problem and isolated the cause. The pierced section of piping was removed and replaced in a professional manner and super quick time. This is the 2nd time we have used SLR - and would have no hesitation to use them again going forward.

I had Mike and Kervin come over to my flat (after two other plumbers came in to do the same jobs but failed to rectify the problem) Both Mike and Kervin were very courteous and listened to what I had to say. They undid the wrong way things were done and corrected the problem WITHOUT any need to buy any additional plumbing fittings. Just the labor. This honest way of doing things has made me a loyal client for ever. Thank you too Jacky for taking my call being so helpful. I wish your company well.

Completely unreliable!Company needs to work on adminstration. I requested a quote and was told that I need to pay a call out-fee. After paying this fee however, there was never a quotation that was sent to me. I have called the company numerously and inquired but I am told about a backlog, and assured that the quotation will be sent soon".Very disappointing!!!"

I called this company to repair a geyser for me. I got a bill from them, but they did nothing. the geyser was still faulty, and they did not give me any feedback - just sent me a bill for doing nothing

The drain was unblocked in no time. I paid the plumber in cash, but had a couple of calls after that about an outstanding invoice. Guys, how do you do business????
