RotoTank Cape Regional Factory

I approached Rototank Moorreesburg with a leak on my swimming pool pump. Something they do not do but they did not show me away. Jimmy Kapinda was the guy that do the plastic welding at Rototank. What a pleasant experience. So friendly and patient. He really gave his best. While he was busy, the Director came to see what we try to do. He immediately offer me another solution if this one do not work. This was absolute excellent service. Something you struggle to get these days. Thank you very much.

I had high hopes for getting a rain water tank from this company. Their website promises delivery within 7 working days, but they demand full payment in advance. It's now 12 working days, with no credible response from them, and no tank. I have had to push for answers (and still have none). Be advised, you should expect a disappointing customer experience

I am fed up with the lack of response to my calls. Either they don't answer the phone or else when they do, they promise to get back to you but don't. Driver phoned to say he was coming on Monday and yet when he did not arrive we called and called, and we are yet to receive an answer. Nothing has been done, we still don't have the tank or any idea when it will arrive.

Terrible experience, do not recommend that you purchase anything from them.27 days and counting since I ordered and paid for 2 items, only 1 delivered. Multiple phone calls and emails made to ask when I will get what I paid for. No adequate response yet. Contacted national office but they take no responsibility and referred me to the manager of the Western Cape. Tried his cell number twice but no answer. I cannot understand why customers are treated like this.Let The Buyer Beware" _ it is now 3 months since I made the mistake of purchasing from this company and I am still trying to recover the cash I paid in good faith for an unsatisfactory item that I did not take delivery of. Multiple requests by email have got no response and it would seem that they are in the habit of stealing from unwary clients."

I give them a zero. i bought a 8000 liter transport tank with a base. Worked out about R40 000. The tank started to leak on the first day I filled it. I reported it to them. Since then it slowly started to break apart. I had in the first 3 months someone from their company to come and took pictures. they promised me another deal of 2 smaller tanks because the one they gave me where of poor design. it 's 2 years now, they dont answer my calls and do not reply to messages. The guy in charge, Hendrik Helberg are of no use. I hope this rating will grab their attention. Next rating I will post some pictures of the tank and the structural shortcomings. These guys are obviously under huge pressure in the western cape to get tanks made and delivered (for free). I was surprised that my tank was delivered within a week of ordering. I guess they're doing their best and sometimes you'll get lucky and other times not.

Roto Tank is a bunch of incompetent lires they take your money and they not replying to emails or phone calls. I ordered 500ltrs tank and since 19 Sept 2017 I am not receiving any feedback what is happening to my order. I was promised that I will receive the tank in less than 2 weeks. If you want to say good by to your money just place the order with them.
