Very poor service and a bad attitude from staff. The manager also did not even apologize for their mistake and our inconvenience. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

The pharmacist did not greet me upon my arrival nor with the completion of my prescription. Actually, he did not speak at all. His pharmacy jacket was also less clean. However, the cashiers were friendly and professional.

Poor service. Clearly states online that they open at 8am on weekdays, and yet they let customers wait outside, in the cold, until 9am.

Was treated like a thief for buying a clicks brand facewash of R55. Will never recommend this shop to anybody, and this Clicks will never see me again.
