Decent enough storage with a decent location and price range.But I've had bad experience with the security there.They start locking up earlier so that they can leave earlier. They have very bad attitudes towards customers and are very unhelpful. I rocked up 15 minutes before closing time the one day to quickly drop off an item in my storage which would have taken no more than 2 minutes (including the driving to the unit) and I had to throw such a scene just in order to go inside even though I was within the allotted time slot. I called the owner before hand to make sure I was within the time slot and the owner guaranteed me it was fine, so ot is purely the security that are unsupervised and make up their own rules.

Tumi is heaven sent. I arrived and my keys were ready in envelope. I was not even done talking when he rushed to give me my envelope. I was really impressed. Felt like he knew who I was. It was my first time using storage and it was absolutely pleasant.

I would like to recommend storage as it has the best service and you receive all your belongings as you left them....I had my stuff kept with storage for 8 months received them back as they were Thank You storage will definitely use you guys next time amazing staff too!!! #KemptonParkStorage

Safe and easy storage. Reasonable price. Nice clean units for storage. Well maintained. Good responsive staff. I was stuck there one night after hours. It was just before Christmas and I think they didn't have their regular staff - and whomever was supposed to check if everyone was out didn't check - and I was locked in. I phoned the emergency number and got out 10 min later. I was so impressed by the quick response and very relieved!

I have had a storage unit at Kempton Park branch for 2 years. The person that helped me at that time as Rodhan, and he was absolutely amazing! He was friendly and kind and understood what and why I needed the unit for so long. I later dealt with Tumie and he was just as friendly and helpful. I felt my goods was safe and secure there, I never had any issues with gaining access to the facility. I would highly recommend them!!!

Would not recommend at all. Was not told of the limited access with regards to hours I can get into the premises. I had to find an alternative to store my furniture within 12 hours. Now I am struggling to get my refund. The expectation from a client is to pay and once the funds are cleared, only then do we have access to the unit. I have to wait up to 14 days to get my refund. This has inconvenienced me financially because I have had to pay for 2 units where as, if the consultant had explained about the limited hours, all this could have been avoided. The fact that I am told by the consultant that the finance department covers all branches in South Africa, is not my problem. Their ineptitude to deliver a service has caused a major problem for me financially. DO NOT USE THEM!

As a 1st time visitorYou would think the office staff would assist you but they stayed glued to their chairs and did not even look up when I drove outThe place is clean but not clearly marked

Great customer service from Tumi and others in the team! Process is quick, simple and easy. Will highly recommend this place to others for a quick solution to storage
