I was craving this authentic curry. Popped in at zaika and bought paneer korma with a plain naan. I asked them to serve it in the takeaway container as I know I won't be able to finish it all in one sitting. The naan was the best I have ever eaten since being in cape town from 2019 . I've bought naan at other places in ct this is by far the best. Thanks zaika thai

Terrible service. Food was bad. Went to the back to wash my hands and the kitchen was so dirty. The floors were dirty. It had a terrible smell at the back. The left over chicken smelled so bad the next day. Feel sick

Bought a vegetable curry rooti. Was not what i expected. Mostly it was carrot curry and a few peas. Taste below average. Bland. Not interested in going back. Forgot to take photos.

Lovely takeaways from this restaurant.Everything was hot and fresh.My son loved the fries and the Paneer from the Tandoori.The lamb Beryani was tasty and I hope to visit again for a sit down meal to try more dishes, and hopefully increase the rating to 5 stars.

In response to you on my previous review since I can only give one rating : You have the audacity to respond in such an unprofessional manner - if that is your kid standing at the till then you need to make him skrik wakker because his attitude is costing your business.I was a regular here and so were many others but in the past 3 - 4 this shop has been on a downward spiral. Seems like you lost passion & it clearly shows in your food.

Ordered a chicken tikka wrap and masala chips.Chips were frozen mcain cut chips with fisherman’s spice. The wrap had reheated chicken with pieces of rock solid potato.Not sure if the guys making the food changed or the owners started cooking themselves. Whatever it is, they should definitely change it back to how things were done in the past.

Guy behind the counter is causing Zaika to lose customers. My wife doesn't want to go back because of him. Doesn't greet or acknowledge you when you walk in and has no telephone etiquette when calling to place an order (almost put down while he was still talking one day). Customer service definitely lacking. FOOD IS ALWAYS GOOD!!!!!!!! Such a pity we won't be back. Love it when the owner is in store, he is super friendly.
