This is a difficult review.The building/premises is definitely something to see. It is just an absolute abundance of class, luxury, and delight.Now the service, or rather, the lack thereof. Feel sorry for the staff, very much under capacity.Quality of food was acceptable to above average, prices are decent.Just the service, which will eventually close the restuarant if not addressed with urgency.

From the moment you enter the gates you are transported to an Era of medievil royalty. The furnishings and decor has been exquisitely picked to create the atmosphere. The hotel rooms are neat, clean and beautifully decorated. Staff and hostesses are friendly, attentive and helpful.The wedding and function areas are absolutely amazing.

Absolutely stunning and the gentleman at the front that took us on a tour of the grounds was fantastic! Thank you for a great experience. Definitely recommend for a unique outing.

Stopped for lunch, pleasantly surprised. Ordered both platters, tasty, adequate, and well prepared. The staff all freindly and knowledgeable. We will be back

We just drove past and decided to go and see. What an amazing place, the furniture and decorations are out of this world. Extremely beautiful, classy and elegant. The staff who were there was professional and friendly to assist and show us around. Certainly worthwhile to visit. We would love to stay over in due time.

This place is just gorgeous! Fresh and clean. Quiet and relaxing. Sonet was an excellent hostess. Shaun delivered excellent service at the restaurant. Family friendly too. My kids were fascinated! We are definitely coming back!

Beautiful place.Wonderful for a wedding or event.It is absolutely picturesque. You could probably spend an entire day just taking photos here.The people here are so warm, friendly and welcoming. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were more than willing to answer my dad's five million questions.We were able to walk around the entire place. I definitely wish I'd have dressed up a bit more to get some good photos.
