For over 30 minutes I was in the shop, not a single sales assistant could help me with what I wanted. They all claim to be attending to other customers. Yet they were chatting among themselves loudly. I left the shop without any help. Too bad.

We recently had the most exceptional service from Johan and Kevin at CTM East London. Both these gentlemen went out their way, after hours, to fix our leaking kitchen tap for us and didn't charge a cent!I thoroughly recommend CTM. It is rare to find good service let alone brilliant service!

This experience was one to COMMENT highly on, the customer care I received was of high professional and they didn't waist no time to assist as there was zero hustles. I recommend them with their quality goods. The five stars were well deserved. Keep it up

Top class service and good prices. They even gave me the last 3 tiles on display for free when i went back for more cos i ran short. Eventhough they were out of stock. Now thats what i call seriously cool and awesome friendly service
