We've been looking a VERY long time for a place to brand our company. So from the moment we walked in they where friendly, helpful and meant business!!! So anything from caps, to shirts, banners, you name it. VERY good pricing and service was on PAR!!! THANKS Tripwired team.

Great Service and friendly staff. Embroidery and Corporate gifts or Promotional items are all under one roof. Screenprinting and Sublimation also done here.

Best service and great quality

Bad service. I first called Tripwired to find out if they do Screen printing. I told the lady I had 1 T-shirt to print for a birthday gift. This was 7 weeks before I needed the T-shirt. She gave me a verbal quote and asked me to send an email with all the detail and the artwork. I did this 6 weeks before d-date. I mentioned I wanted it before my d-date to make sure all is well, seeing that I was helping a friend to arrange for the artwork, t-shirt, printing etc as a gift for her husband. I phoned her 4-5 times following-up why I have not yet received a quote from them. She apologized everytime and assured me I don't have to worry and I will receive the quote. 5 days before final d-date I still did not hear from them and when I phoned she said she lost my email, also that she will still send me the quote that afternoon and then all of a sudden she said / out of the blue - they can't do screen printing for just 1 t-shirt. I was like... really????!!!!! After all the phone calls now all of a sudden they can't do only one T-shirt. She said she was sorry and suggested that I rather phone Sign Bird.... this caused the whole process to start from scratch and delaying the d-date! Very unsatisfactory service from Tripwired. Will not suggest them to others.
