The relevant lady didn't understand basic instructions and demanded R70 Uber-fare over and above the amount paid to SweepSouth.

Sweep South’s app does not correctly update your address when trying to change one of your current addresses whilst making a booking, only saving the new unit and apartment name information but not saving the changes to the road, suburb and postal code of the newly selected pin that you input. This resulted in their incorrectly sending a Sweepstar to my old address for which they then charged me a cancellation fee for, whilst the error was with their app not correctly processing information that I input to it.Upon submitting evidence by of this error and that the app did not correctly process the address update correctly, by providing them a screen recording of my changing the address as indicated in their app only to find it not correctly updated in my saved locations used for the booking, they rejected my request for the reversal of the cancellation fee, claiming I had provided incorrect data, despite showing them that their app was not updating it completely.I’m highly disappointed with the customer service, particularly as the issue is one relating to their app and it not correctly updating information I correctly provided to it. Furthermore that I provided a screen recording showing the information not being correctly processed should be appreciated so that they can fix the bug instead of trying to pin errors on clients.

So far so good, easy booking process and the quality of service has been goodAmendment : had to amend my review.Quality of the service is very inconsistent....

I’ve used sweep south a few times and have always found the service to be professional and the ladies have been on time and have done a great job. The communication between myself , SweepSouth Admin and the cleaning ladies has Also been very good

They do not operate in Mitchells Plain, not all areas in Mitchells Plain is dangerous. You should consider adding Colorado, Portlands and Westridge to your list.

I used Sweepsouth for our general cleaning when we moved house.. Fadzai was great and such a big help. Very convenient and easy booking process.
