Bakers Boutique offers excellent and speedy service and rare and hard-to find products. I cannot tell you how over-the-moon I was to find cake decorating supplies that can only be purchased internationally. The courier service that you guys use actually matters. I understand that it's a busy period, but Fastway, the courier company that is used by your business, is ridiculous. My parcel has been loaded onto the delivery van, gone out for delivery, then returned to the depot 3 times in the space of 1 week without being delivered to my adress. And they don't respond to emails or communicate as to why the parcel is not being delivered. What a joke!

I received my parcel & all I can say is wow! Really professionally done with some personal touches. Everything is packed so nicely & securely (I was a little bit worried as I ordered food colouring)My first time ordering & it definitely will NOT be the last time! I'm extremely impressed & everything ordered is as they look on the website.

Absolutely outstanding customer service, sales and professional packaging!I've been purchasing from bakers boutique from the inception of my business, and for some reason would always be a tad too late on Item that sold out quickly.The one time that I had decided to be the early bird, a certain courier company decided to misplace my box of joy.Through constant communication with the courier company and keeping Naazia from Bakers Boutique in the loop. She made it her priority to re-order the moulds that were now out of stock" and worked sheer magic in ensuring that they had arrived within a week if not quicker
