Usually take drive thru option. This time went inside. Staff were eating and chewing, thats without masks, while preparing food. Even lifting clothes and scratching themselves. I was very put off!

There is always a delay with service. Service not up to standard. Most of the time only one person serving... the other lady standing at the door with sanitizer although there is a self help sanitizing station. Utterly disgusted. Supposed to be quick and convenient for us working folks but really a waste of time. Could have done your cooking at home in that time

When we came the the door was closed, a lady tried the door before me and then she walked away and then i also tried to open the door and stepped back when i saw the notice of loadshedding on window but then one of the workers from inside came and shouted that i must read what notice is saying, very unprofessional and rude and after that other customers also tried to open the door cause they don't understand why its locked and the notice is small letters in black. so i don't know if you called me stupid lady but don't stress if people at home call you stupid. Afterwards the manager came out and explained to us the reason why doors is still locked after power is on. Just a suggestion write your notices in RED. maybe that will get our attention quicker

I ordered a wrap and i got NO lettuce NO tomatoes and normal mayonnaise and waited 30 minutes for my order
