Don't send you UPS there for repairs. Nobody ever gets back to you, whether it be a repair, quotation or collection, you need to follow up. Their customer service is really not great.

Beyond impressed with the service we received from PSS. I called for a technician to come and check our UPS, Juan arranged everything and the very same day Simphiwe (so sweet, friendly and helpful) came out to see what was wrong. By the next day at 11:00 all of our batteries were replaced and the UPS was serviced, all sorted! A huge relief - can't be without a UPS with all this load shedding. Fantastic service, highly recommend!

So I have now updated my previous review below.Hardly 2 days have passed and happy to report that my previous concerns have been addressed. Service Excellence from Shane, but a special mention to Allan at the dispatch desk. Keep up the great work.Previous Review:Excellent services from the sales and accounts team, they will do almost anything to assist you. From the minute you walk in, you are greeted with a smile.Sadly, from there on its just downhill.The people at the service/collection/repair desk seem get irritated by customers. This sort of attitude makes want to seek a new supplier.Really hope this is rectified soon. Either than that, great repairs, great products, great sales people

Bought a 2400va ups about 6 months ago from one of their stockists, which costed close to R2k. The battery started loosing it’s power from day 1 where currently it can only power my wireless router (65watt rating for less than 1hr). Their service back is horrendous and their cheap Chinese imports makes this company and their products one to avoid at all costs !

I had a lightning strike and my PSS 3600 va line interactive ups did not protect my alarm system, completely destroyed the pc card and step down tx? Why?I have three other ups systems, funny the other PSS 2000va is off(even the I charged it a week ago), but the 2 other 2000 va ups systems are fine and protected my camera systems.

Replaced 2 batteries in a current UPS system in November 2021, four months later these barely lasts 1 hour into loadshedding. Have been trying since mid April to get a response or feedback from them but to no avail. Only running a computer and wifi on the system. Had to buy a new system urgently as I work from home, obviously I used a different supplier!Extremely unprofessional and rude and clearly an inferior product.

Friendly service and well-trained staff.Highly recommended UPS and Inverter supplier.
