Manager has NO management skills. I certainly would not allow someone like her manage my business. as she is completely uninterested in resolving complaints. She is dismissive and I do not appreciate her attitude. I certainly will not step foot into this store again

Two days ago when I entered one of their stores the price for sunglasses was R400. When I arrived on 15Aug, 2022, D-day to get my 20% off from Discovery miles, the price for sunglasses increased by 20%Very disappointed with them, preventing customers to gain discount from discovery miles

I received amazing assistance from Nelisiwe Masinga regarding a pool table I was interested in, we need more sales assistants like her, unfortunately I completed my purchase at Sportsman's Warehouse Hillcrest as they had the spec and stock of what I wanted and I needed it on the same day. Incompetent, indifferent and incoherent staff. The floor staff purposely avoid eye contact with customers and stand around in groups talking loud nonsense. The cashier staff must be handicapped, because it took blatant orders to get them to respond to my arrival to pay. Floor items prices mismatch the specials advert"

My wife bought me a birthday present from Sportsmans Warehouse Ballito which didn't fit. I tried to return it within 7 days, but they refused to refund me as my wife couldn't find the till slip. The item still had all the tags on and the barcode in perfect order, so it was very easy to verify that it was purchased from them. The managers attitude was disgusting and he was totally disinterested in helping me despite the fact that he is going against the law. So short sited as I will never shop there again.
