Came I'm at 10.30 asked for two sheets of ply cut into 4 pieces.Waitied almost 2 hours. They could have told me to come. Back later

Public needs to be very careful when doing business with KZN BOARDS the owner has an error account in his company which all of his sales team users, this error account works like this when you the customer goes in and hand your cutting list to the sales team the sales team enters all your sizes in their computer which gives you the amount of boards you need to buy for your job, the sales team has instructions from the BOSS FAROUK KHAN to add 1 or 2 boards extra, onto your board count so for eg: if your board count is 5 sheets they will add 1 or 2 sheets of boards, now that money for the 2 sheets of board goes into the sales team error account, the reason for this is if there is any damages from the factory side the funds from that error account to use to pull out a new sheets of board from his stock, but in saying so please take note that the mistake happens with his staff and he makes his staff pay for the board as well so basically you paid for extra boards plus his staff had to pay because they made a mistake, now i ask you is that legal what his doing he has 5 to 6 sale people on sales and each of them has 100k in the error acc at any given time. I won't support that company

Horrible Experience here .. I spent a small fortune on materials having realized some materials where missing and some where damaged. they completely unorganized and for a first time buyer i was not impressed.I will not be doing another kitchen with this company.

Kzn Boards has ALWAYS, and will ALWAYS be THE ONLY BOARD COMPANY, that I will deal with. TOP CLASS QUALITY, very Helpful, and yes, Nobody is perfect, there may be 1 or 2 minor errors on large orders, due to misinterpreted sizes, But...THEY ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO RECTIFY, If the error is theirs. TOP NOTCH...and always improving.
