I recently bought a grinder from the store for personnel use. Machine was used once and on the second time trying to use it is was non functional. The machine was literally 12days old.Took it back to the store because it has a 1yr warrantee only to find out that it will be sent for repairs to be fixed /returned or replaced after 21 days.I asked the lady how will I now be able to finish the cutting work on my roof? To which she replied, you'll have to wait 21 days.I said thank you and closed my account.

the layout of the store makes it feel claustrophobic and crowded. The staff are more interested in their personal conversations than assisting customers. Their is literally no customer service.

I bought a Raleigh 26 Comfort Cruiser bicycle today (15/08/2022) and asked them if they could assemble it for me. The guy that helped me assemble it was very friendly and looked like he knew what he was doing although he struggled a bit on the front wheel assembly. His friend (I think his name was Siya) then showed up and helped him and oh my word! You should employ him to help the other guy assemble the bicycles he was AMAZING! The only slightly negative thing I have to say is that during the assembly of the front wheel my paint got a bit damaged but it's nothing major I guess"

I'm not a happy Game customer. The after sales service is bad. Specials advertised...either 'sold out' which leads me too believe they didn't stock up or as they often say, the haven't received it and it's unavailable. When I'm looking for something they are usually the last place I try.

There is very limited stock now especially during lockdown, and the aisles of the store are very very narrow, but otherwise it's clean and well maintained. The bathrooms are also very clean, have soap and are one of the few in town for which you do not pay R2

I was so dissapointed,i arrive there Friday 29-07-2022 to buy a television,the guy who assisted us he sent us to pay,the time we go back to the service desk to collect the television,to find out the television is out of stock,and therefore he convince us to buy the one that is on display.we were so helpless and dissapointed.
