Cash Crusaders N1 City

Really expected more of this place. I bought a Bluetooth speaker from them brand new and discovered charging issue with it the device in just about 1 month. Took it in apparently it had to go in for testing 3 weeks has passed and still haven't heard back. The women I've had to speak to on more than one occasion speaks to me as if she's the customer. I'd imagine they believe a common courtesy call to keep their customers posted is distant. Also I wonder if I or anyone else can walk out of their store with goods and not pay, cause that's in turn what they doing to I paid for something I bought they got it back and I'm sitting with nothing. Great job

Not one of the sales people acknowledged me. I walked in the shop for 10 mins. Picked up an expensive pot looked at it intently. Not one salesperson approached me to ask me if I needed assistance.Another patron needed to call a salesperson to get them to open a locked cabinet. That salesperson then called a different person to assist the customer.Definately not impressed with the lack of service at this branch.The staff seemed more interested in playing offensive music at high volumes than serving customers.They have cctv cameras. I recommend the manager looks at the footage to see what the staff are/aren't doing.Definately won't be shopping there again

Did not get responded to my last post asking for a discount of R20 on a circular saw of R770 ; have try to contact Lyle a couple of times not answering a potential buyer is very unprofessional

I am disgusted by the customer service and the way I was treated by the head office staff, Candice(PA to a director) & Lonwabo(Area Manager)I bought a Dixon washing machine on the 01Dec 2019, from Cash Crusaders N1 City, Value Centre. The spinner broke within 3 months. We took it in to the store for repairs, we were told the Dixon washing machine is prone to have a spinner problem. After getting it back the machine spinner broke again in November 2020. Since then we have been dealing with Cash Crusaders head office and the store.After numerous phone calls and follow up calls to the head office, Candice kept saying she will follow up and then 1 day while speaking to Candice, she slammed the phone down in my ear after being very rude on the phone and not giving me a chance to speak. I was totally shocked. I continued to resolved the matter as as I was without a machine for 5 months with no one getting back to us. We finally got the area manager Nonwabo number and WhatsApp him. He told up the report say CUSTOMER NEGLIGENCE, and was very cocky in his WhatsApp conversation to us and also blue ticking me. Today after 9 months of not having my washing machine after it went it for repair in 01 November 2020, I called Nonwabo and he was so so rude on the phone calling the person who called him on behalf of me bro" and persisting to give in an opportunity to speak while he interrupted me while speaking. No consequences to rude head office staff to clients. How does a company get away with treating a customer like this. Can I please get some assistance and guidance. I feel I am fighting alone against this company

I was assisted by a lovely gentleman by the name of TYton while I was there I saw him help a woman out with her fridge. His customer service was exceptional and he went out of his way to help his customers. However the Manager Christine was a disaster first of all she shouted at him the whole time I’m front of customers which was extremely unprofessional, at a certain point a few customers were looking at each other because she created an uncomfortable environment for everyone. Next time Christine do not shout at your staff especially when they are helping clients. Terrible management. But friendly and helpful staff

I was told the Shop is closed and the time was 17:38, is this normal? if the trading hours states till 18:00?

This is the WORST!!! store I have ever had to the misfortune of dealing with. I bought brand new phone from them for my son which cost me a whopping R3600 after the sales lady convinced me of how durable this phone was and not even six months later the LCD does work. When I took the phone back they told me it would be fixed in 21days that was on the 27 February after going to the store several times Macy eventually calls me 17 April to let me know that I need to pay R125012

The absolute worst service I've experienced from this branch going into the 2023... I was told at 13:14 the lady at cash crusaders asked me to turn the fridge on and that the driver would be an hour , I have then called them at 2pm to follow up.. they then said they will be here before 3pm.. I then received another call from cash crusaders, 8mins to 3pm saying there is traffic and there is a delay... I get that but now it's 15:52pm and still no response from them nor the drivers... I have since called back to be transferred to a person who could help me, turns out I was on hold for another 15mins, with staff talking in the background and no one has assisted me. To top this off they then hung up the call and read the WhatsApp line and don't even respond.To this very moment not a single response... Poor Management , poor organisation skills and disgusting services... I would not recommend this branch to anyone that's looking for good services.

This place has gone down bigtime! Sounds like a shebeen when you walk in,no one really seems to want to help you and when I got to the till the young man who was going to test the item was continually called away,even though they could see he was busy assisting me.I eventually walked out without buying anything.It is a shame to see this store go to the dogs,it really used to be a nice bargain hunting spot.

Two bad experieces, trying to lay bye a mountain bike. I don't think I wana go to Cash Crusaders N1 anymore, they cannot be trusted
