Terrible experience, Brandon the claims manager has a stinking attitude. I wouldn't advise anyone to sign up with this insurance company.

Bad service, not reliable, they don't attend their clients, easy to join but too difficult to cancel policy,

Please do your research before you commit. There are much better options out there. I had my vehicle stolen and regretted it.

Scam scam scam. My car got damaged and I called this insurance for help. They took my car and it took two weeks for them to authorize my claim. The damage was R19 200 they say so my access is R6000, they added other additional access and now I was told that my access is R19000 so it means they will pay only 200 and I have to pay the rest. I requested the record when I was joining the insurance, the lady was rude and told me that the record is coming right away, I waited and waited but no record. What a terrible insurance, don't even think of joining this company, is the worst. Terrible company. They don't help at all, your car is damaged just know you are on your own. And the guys working at the claim. They will tell you that is either you sign the claim or you seek for advice, or talk to the penal beater to pay on monthly basis. Guys if you know what's good for your own peace, don't consider affinity is a total scamJust don't Join

10 years of service and I'm happy. I have claimed 4 times already including for a written off car. I use Ample Broker to claim on my behalf. If you claim direct you won't get a prompt assistance

No star at all. this thing is not insurance but a scam, a crime syndicate. if you insured with them cancel immediately. if you looking for insurance do not choose affinity. can you believe they wanted me to pay an access of R19000 for a job of R11000. Please warn everyone about this scam, expose them for who they are.

I've never seen an insurance company that don't even ask if you are ok after the accident and let you do follow up on them they don't call for an update useless insurance

good citizen, i was scammed, conned, scorned and abused by a so called car insurance. for your own sanity and financial balance.affinity is not your company they will reject your claim without any shame or fair objective.on the letter of rejection, they will attach email address for your appeal. beware those emails will bounce back.they will take your car to their associates from the scene of accident and take forever to finalise your claim, later they will reject your claim and you responsible for storage, initial fee and for your car to come back to you.and when they are done, they send our black brothers and sisters to offer a new policy like medical aid and legal aid, what a devil in our society!

They are not transparent only sell you insurance and after inspection want to add and add you do not safe with them
