The service was okay but the vertigo cashier (add name here) wasn't too friendly. I had some luggage and my hands were full, so approaching the counter I had my luggage with me, and in one hand was a toiletry bag and my sneakers, so I must have rested my bag on the counter and she bit my head off, like what are your shoes doing on the counter?"...I'd hate to think that greyhound encourages her to speak to people in that manner"

I hated that the bus I was in, the chair's recliner was faulty.. And the previous bus before that had cockroaches crawling, as if it hasn't been cleaned in a while

They took my money and told my brother his ticket was canceled, he bought a second ticket for the same bus, when following up about a refund for the first ticket, they say he missed the bus even though he was on it using the second ticket. They are not to be trusted.

The receptionist was helpful. She was knowledgeable and best of all Greyhound observes social distancing on the busses. Best service ever

Price is fine, counter manners needs some work, start by greeting. Bus takes forever to load, drivers are also attendants. Very Rude in addressing passengers. A simple question is a scolding. See ticket pic for proof that I'm a customer.

Poor the bus from Durban broke down and we waited 4 hours I East London for it to arrive. I dont understand whether these buses get serviced or not. Even the Citiliner i was traveling with from Cape Town had knocks underneath. Poor bus service I liked Greyhound but now no ways this was my last time using their service.
