Good service and good prices

I usually do not give bad reviews but I feel I need to bring it to the attention of the public. Firstly the website prices do not reconcile with the store prices. The website states that each store has different prices. That I find misleading and a waist of time for customers who make effort to go to the store. Fix up your IT - no excuse. Secondly went there with a optemized cutting list for a cupboard I want to build. I had used a online optimization app which required 3 boards. The assistant captured my board sizes from that apps list and required 4 boards which would have cost me an additional R820+ with off cuts I do not need. They refused to cut according to my apps optimized diagram and instructions on how to cut the board. Now either they are not competent to follow instruction or it's about ripping the customer off. I can see why your parking bays are empty. I took that cutting list to their competition and they too calculated 4 boards but charged me for 3 plus cutting using that list. Will not go back until they sort out their IT.

Staff are helpful and friendly. Usually not to busy and the prices are excellent

Absolutely love this store. They are well stocked and have loads of specials. Their parking area is large so I never struggle to find a parking spot. Their pricing is generally very good and their staff are eager to assist customers. Great spot to buy my weekend DIY materials.

The best place to go to for your home improvements

The stock in the store is basic stuff, no variety and I left pretty empty handed. The staff were friendly and tried to help with my requests, 2 stars to them.
