2 On Lismore

The room we stayed in was heavily affected by mold. We weren't given enough cutlery, so we had to get it ourselves. There was an ant problem as well as an infestation of spiders. The bed was comfortable, staff were friendly and professional.Overall I would recommend this place highly, however the Jade suite is not up to standard at all, quite frankly unacceptable and not maintained properly.The other rooms are perfect. Still awaiting a refund conversation on our stay.

We stayed at 2 on Lismore for the weekend as we were celebrating my son's birthday. We had 18 family members staying there and had an additional 25 people join us on the Saturday evening for a braai. The facilities were excellent and lent themselves to the occasion brilliantly. There is such a fantastic entertainment area with I door braais (gas and charcoal) and a stunning bar. Not to mention the gorgeous kitchen and beautifully spacious lounge area. The outdoor area is also lovely to use when the weather is good. And the rooms.... wow. So so incredible. Beautifully decorated, elegant and modern. Sarnia and her team were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too big to ask. They went above and beyond to make sure we had good stay and that our dinner events went off beautifully. They even set a huge table for us with all the cutlery, crockery, glass and cloth serviettes - giving the event such a classy feel. They are also well prepared for loadshedding with a gas stove and excellent very bright torches .. so even laodshedding did not effect us. Thank you Sarnia and team. We will definitely be bac

I stay at least 2-3 weeks per month over the past two years at Lismore. My personal belongings remain and are kept in good care including my gym equipment. On arrival my room of choice is available always, and belonging laid out and packed away as if I’ve never left. My business conferences are catered for at short notice and the service from Lismore staff to my clients are always of top class and full attention given.The facility is Upmarket. My host (Sarnia) and her staff ensures my requirements are in place as if I were at home. The owner is always accommodating my suggestions and very attentive to what those needs are. Always popping in to ensure my stay is in good order.Brilliant service. Brilliant staff. As always.

I have stayed at this accommodation more than once and every time has been a pleasure. The staff are friendly and willing to assist. The premises is well looked after with a pretty setting. The rooms are beautifully decorated and feel as though you have sufficient privacy with all the necessary amentities. It is also situated conventiently close to restaurants and the highway.

Wa good, I travel through my company, they provide in house meals, but were abke to convert it to vouchers in order to explore the local restaurants, and area after work.Otherwise a place was beautiful, morning menu was okay for first three days, but run out of ideas from day 4 on wards. Coffee is served any time.

It was okay!! The place is beautiful and clean. Could use someone to clean daily though to make your holiday feel like one. Also, it could be awesome if cleaning tools are supplied to the house when no cleaning services offered without having to ask for them as guests!!

Boutique guest house in Tokai just 3km from Steenberg wine farm and the Constantia wine route. Incredible hosts make you feel right at home. They even found super glue for me when my shoe broke. Communal kitchen and lounge areas make it great for a group of friends to enjoy a few nights away. DStV in room. Braai facilities.
