I would like to say a massive thank you to Samantha at the Somerset West kiosk. This comes from me as well as Icon Property Group HQ.Samantha went out of her way to make sure that we were looked after. She was extremely generous and very patient. We are so very grateful to her for all her help and the way she carried the companies name up high.Thank you again Samantha, you are an absolute star and life saver.

I had some problems with Courier guy, especially the service we received after having a problem, and moved my business to 2 other courier companies to try them. After a week, I am back to courier guy and I am happy despite their lacking service. They are so much better then other companies. Don't expect much help if you have a problem, but don't expect too many problems either. Would recommend above everyone else

WARNING! DO NOT MAKE USE OF THIS COURIER SERVICE TO HANDLE SENSITIVE DOCUMENTS: I'm truly heartbroken that I find myself here writing this bad review, as a result of the poor service I was given at the Somerset West Kiosk. After providing all the requested details required to collect my documents from an foreign embassy. The staff member that handled my case, failed to take note of the details that mattered in order to collect successfully them. This resulted in no passport being collected days before my flight. Throughout this period, I was nothing but friendly and respectful toward her, but all I received from her was attitude and ignorance. When I asked to speak to her manager I was put on the line, with no answer. I soon after called back to have the call ignored. Save yourself from being frustrated and having your time wasted, make use of another courier service.

I changed my 5 star rating to a 1 star rating. I would give it a zero rating if I could!I went there yesterday to book a overnight package and paid R200 for it to be sent overnight. I was assured my package will be delivered today.I went to track it to see if was delivered and it wasn'tI called the branch and spoke to a lady named Courtney.She explained everything today that she was supposed to explain yesterday, and I could have save R80+ on shipment I was explained everything yesterday.She then asked if I wish to speak to the manager, and I said yes. She then went on, put the phone down and explained everything with a stinky attitude to the manager who was busy with a client and couldn't speak to me. I am able to hear everything.Not once did I raise my voice, I kept calm and said that if she explained everything to me yesterday like she did today I might have chosen differently.This has a impact on my client and the relations

Terrible. The last 3 times experience has been poor. I've even had an issue with the driver damaging my package in front of me because HE was late, and today I've waited all day for them, after confirming they'll pick up... And they cancel the pickup. They're quick to take your money and not deliver. Will actively advise people not to use this branch. Absolute rubbish service, I'm convinced all the 5* reviews are bots
