I have been buying from your restaurant every single day for the past 3 months, your chicken strips and spicy rice is to die for and the portion size is normally very good. However today I am very disappointed in the food that I received, the rice was hard ( taste like the previous days rice), it was dry and there was exactly 4 small pieces of chicken, the bowl was not even half filled with food. We ordered mild but I received lemon and herb. I really hope that the owner of Galito's Bela Bela sort this out as our Company orders from them every day.

I can rate Halitosis 5 stars, but due to the cold heart of the manager, I can even take away the 1 star I have rated it. That manager does not deserve to manage a place like Galitos. How could a manager deny me the use of a toilet? It was my first experience and I have decided never to set my foot again in that shop for as long as he still is a manager.

Meat was fine,the chips were 80% burnt and they did not even bother to give me proper ones and just gave us as they were,we had to throw both packets away.

I love the location's convenience. It's very clean and spacious..it has an outer seating arrangement for the hot summer days. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Food tasted average, but still edible. Good enough to stop for a quick bite. Service was acceptable, but not outstanding. Menu consists of mainly chicken dishes. Tastes offered as lemon and herb, mild, hot and very hot. The shlush puppy drink to go were nice. The restaurant was not very busy. We might try it again, when we are in that area.

Terrible food. Chicken burger was so thin, I've had slices of ham thicker. At least we didn't miss much cause the chicken had about as much flavour as an old Havaina slip slop. No man. How is this place open.

Bad service, I promise my kids food.I make order on the phone , only to find out on the collection time , 20 minute later. I found nothing. Someone say they forget it.That was bad day for my kids , I try better option to get food.

Location looked a bit dodgy in Bela Bela but turned out well. Good chicken & nice people. Afternoon sun is a problem at certain tables
