Very quick to sell items on credit but completely unwilling to help their clients when they need it. The salespersons are completely overbearing when doing sales but don't want to provide any after-sales service. Beares claim that they have flexible payment options" but refuse to remove insurance options that were not compulsory to take in the first place. They don't even want to consider finding a solution for one's issue

Please read your contract carefully they ask you do you want insurance and that it is opptional. When you want to cancel your insurance there is alot of stories. Read the insurance policy take your time. But i would not recomend anyone to one of these stores what they say and do is not the same . I would rather make use of leading branches.
