Wrap I ordered was shocking. The tomato wasn't even in the wrap and it taste terrible. Last time I'm ever getting KFC.

Chicken lacked Flavour big time. They where out of stock on many items. Couldn't substitute adequately on the items not in stock but worst was the Flavourless chicken

Ordered last night, staff so busy playing pranks on eachother and acting like we interfering or gate crashing a party. Good to see spirits are high but there was no professionalism. Our order was wrong in four aspects and ice cold but left unheard. Recommend a different kfc if you want the correct order and more professionalism.

Every time we order, it's checked by a staff member and given to us. When I check, the order is not correct or they have forgotten something. Yesterday when I queried my order I was given attitude and the staff were rude. All laughing and talking in Zulu so I couldn't understand. Will never go back to Broadway. We are pensioners and treat ourselves every now and then. No need to be rude or have attitude. Do your job. You are lucky to have one!!

Love the service. Nompumelo, sorry if i got the name incorrect but went all way out to help even thou kiosk was not working 100%. Explained specials, explained options. Phenominal service.

This is my absolute favourite KFC! The staff are exceptional and the food is the best quality I've ever had out of the plethora of KFC outlets that I have been to. The chicken is NEVER dry!

I am absolutely shocked at the customer service of KFC Broadway. We ordered with Mr Delivery tonight, after an hour no update was provided and we called the branch for clarity and spoke to a lady who I assume is the manager. The lady told me our order has been collected by the driver, even though the Mr D App never stated that it was. I took her word and a few minutes later we got an email from Mr Delivery that our order has been cancelled. I called again and the lady told me again the order was collected by a driver and it is on the way. So KFC Broadway, your managers or staff is comfortable blatantly lying to customers. For what it’s worth, I will never order from this branch again.
