Poor service

My family and I have been clients of Heidi's for many years. We have always found her to be so friendly and helpful and I have referred many friends to her. The other audiologist Jessica and all the staff are so professional and kind when dealing with one that a visit to Heidi is always such a pleasant experience. Heidi is also extremely generous in that she assisted my mother who is 93 to get a refurbished hearing aid as a gift from her heart." Thank you Heidi for helping us out even during Covid. Heidi is incredibly knowledgeable and very professional. She is fantastic with kids. My son had a 2 hour appointment and was more than happy to do all the tests. She is kind and explains everything in so much detail. She really takes her time to make sure all your questions are answered. She is passionate about her work. I cannot say enough good things.
