Cash Crusaders Mitch Westgate

Bad customer service, nobody informed me my item is non returnable. Does not even state on my slip either...fml what to do?

Great service and advice given. The buyer was very thorough in explaining the costs. Even if I didn't get to sell my item, I am still a satisfied customer.

They never answer there phone's I've been calling for 2 days westgate, promenade n watergate also dnt answer

I used the buy back service about two months ago in order to obtain a loan, on the 14/05/2022 I made my way to the westgate mall branch in order to pick up my cellphone only to find my cellphone was not wrapped and enclosed in its packaging, I didn't think too much of it and made my way home, on the 15/05/2022 I came to find that certain apps for example tik tok and facebook messenger had been accessed while the phone was supposed to be put away until the time that I either extend the loan or pay the necessary fees to retrieve my cellphone, I have many personal documents, as well as pictures and personal things that should not have been accessible to anybody and cash crusaders evaded my privacy by having its employees having access to my personal phone, I need to know how to take this matter further because I am utterly upset, I have been trying to call the branch since the morning of the 15/05/2022 as well as this morning the 16/05/2022 and still no answer, I want this matter resolved immediately or I will be taking this to the papers and take this matter further

Placed order online that wasn't in stock. Management and team went above and beyond to ensure my experience was pleasant, and gave me alternative which I was happy with. Well done! Keep up the great work!

Who only works with cash these days. All the other branches of cash crusaders allow card transactions. Westgate mall branch is pathetic. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Rather use any other branch in Mitchell's plain, Watergate, promenade even town center. Westgate, never again.

Placed an order online and got my father inlaw to collect on my behalf.... 1 - the games I ordered Red Dead Redemption 2, Watch Dogs Legion and Call of Duty Infinite warfare turned out to be Assassin's Creed Odyssey, Alien Isolation and Red Redemption 2 with only one disc. I've so far gotten refund for the Infinite warfare mistake and taken the AC Odyssey which was scratched which is going to cost me to have cleaned and yet to hear where my disc one is for the red Dead Redemption. I guess this is late but still would like my actual games I ordered with everything

Very easy to gave the correct opening hours on your Google search get there Sunday. 3pm only to find out its 1pm close not 5.3pm wasted journey

Walk in to the store about a month ago wanting buy a phone,made up my mind on what i wanted then phone was wrongly displayed. Chose a other phone then it was locked,they didn't have the password. Asked them to get it as i wanted the phone. 3 weeks later walked in to the shop and asked them is the phone sorted, to my surprise phone was back on display,was not sent away. That shop should realy be managed better.
