My daughter who just turned one at the time fell and we took her to the hospital to make sure she was alright. This was our first ER visit with our baby so we were understandably very upset. ALL staff members went out of their way to ensure us that she is okay and that it is normal to be upset. They were comforting and they were sooo nice to her. Making her laugh and taking their time to play with her and make her feel better. The peads room in the ER was lovely and makes the hospital environment less scary.Thank you! We really appreciate it.

I have been admitted to Paarl MediClinic for 4 days straight and have not seen a doctor since,it’s just nurses who changes drips anytime they feel like. To my obsivations the white group race is given first preference at this branch. The level of service is disgusting to say the least

My Mother was treated for severe dehydration, Sepsis . For the last two weeks at Paarl Mediclinic, Dr Honeth's service was excellent and he kept me up to date with phone calls and emails. The Sr's and staff at Ward B were very friendly and helpful. 10/10 for Dr Honeth and his team.

Absolutely the worst. Service is very slow. My i took my god son there this week and wated almost 3 hours and now help, because he had a green rating, but the poor child looked like death. Ended up taking him to Cape Gate Mediclinic. Very Bad.

What I experienced at Mediclinic Paarl, is beyond phenomenal. Dr. S. Tonkin, you were born to be a pediatrician. Not even listed on the Bonitas Medical Scheme, you instinctively sprang into action last Wednesday 8 Feb.23 when my family and I brought Meacke-Hope Dirkse into your surgery. The empathy, compassion and passion with which you treated my grandchild, literally saving her life, is admirable. May God bless your work and that of all your co-workers. The best ever Medical service I received. Thank u X 1000. times

Thank you all the nurses in ward C for helping me 10 to 11 Oct and Dr Fourie and team.Just one nurse that was irritated with me when I was waking up and confused after surgery think she pulled a pillow out from under me a bit roughly and something like a small blanket guess she had a hard day but yeah not cool just after surgery. Did not catch her name was too loopy but other than that can't complain.

Do yourself a massive favour and make sure you use a different hospital! Lost/wrong paperwork, forgotten medication , not checking in for hours, having to phone management to get assistance, massive attitude from staff, incorrect details for surgery! There is ZERO urgency for anything! Ask to be moved out of their care ASAP!

I was satisfied as a visitor. Place is clean and hygienic. Nurses and staff greet you friendly. Nice Dolce Cafe for a satdown or just a quick something on the go.
