Had great service with the repair of my microwave. Handed in late Monday afternoon, had a quote on the Tuesday and paid, collected on Wednesday repaired. Friendly service in the shop at drop and collect. Repair cost was less that expected.

I’m absolutely astounded by the service received at Dougs TV & Video repairs! Never in my life have I received such top quality service. They went above and beyond to fix my TV and when I had a question and sent a WhatsApp, I IMMEDIATELY received a phone call and was helped so professionally! 10/10 recommend and not only do they do TVs but a whole range of appliances as well!
