Should have given no Star, the poorest service provide. No body attended to us, ubtil I stood up and called the people from behind the laptop desk. No soft serves or juices or cool drinks available... Can't believe how bad it was

I ordered 2 Box special and I didn't receive what I ordered and there were no cold drinks..when I phone them..the lady had a bad attitude.. instead of being apologetic, she was very rude to me and..never never again ordering in this place...they made me feel as if they are offering or donating food for me for free ..

One of the worst pizza places in JHB. No consistency. Order the same thing twice and expect a different experience each time. It’s really bad. Waste of money. Waste of time. If you lucky you get a good pizza. If not you going to be disappointed. Worst in JHB south

We ordered from just outside the delivery range but after a call with the manager he was willing to make a special allowance for us to recieve the meal. The driver was quick and the food was hot. They even included an item included as a part of a special as an added treat. Great food and even better service.

Posting as your head office does not come back to you.Nor can one get through to management at your store.Would have preferred another route, but unfortunately you leave no options other than thus.Went to Mall of South branch on 04/12/2021 18h50 there as my wife likes Pizza hut pizza.Place was absolutely filthy.Food and litter everywhere including the food prep area.Sat at a table that had food and greasy hand prints on.So asked the staff could some maybe clean and covid disinfect it.Basically she was ignored.Eventually was given cleaning stuff and she cleaned that table herself.Got video to prove this.When staff saw me taking photos they tried to block this opposed to cleaning the mess up.I contacted head office before posting this.But still await someone to contact us.Have both video and photo footage to substantiate the above which have been sent to head office.

Extremely disappointed with today's order. Wanted to order the big boss (as I did about 3 weeks back) but now your selected pizzas are coming with the sauce squeezed on top like debonairs does which is why I don't go there and the pizza tonight was lacking toppings on the cheese and hawaain with so much uncovered surrounding crust. Also the seasoning and taste was very bland. Don't think I'll be returning sadly after this. Only reason for 2 stars was because the cashier was friendly, helpful and pleasant.
