Great trainers. Helen is amazing if you are serious about weight loss. Moyo is great with amateur boxing and training kids. In fact all the trainers are amazing. The group classes will have you feeling like superman.

Wow! Incredible service!!! So impressed with this boxing gym.My trainer, Goffy is absolutely amazing. She's also very friendly and responds to messages/requests quickly. She loves her job and it's felt through her energy which makes the class not only good for fitness but also if you want to get out and have some fun doing something different.Highly recommended!!
