First time ordering here and the order was wrong. Then the burger was wrong. And the staff are very rude and very unhelpful and seriously unhappy to serve youThis store doesnt care about customer serviceWithout the customers, the staff have no jobs

Zero help from staff, requested for certain pieces of meat as it is my right as a customer I was told I could only get one piece of my I requested then the rest they will decide which one to give me, like the lady didn't even smile she looked unhappy to be at worked, zero energy. Please hire staff who would be very helpful and alive to help customers.

Just had a terrible experience from this KFC, I ordered online and paid online and checked In because I was 3 minutes away because I wanted to avoid the queue, I got there at 5 o’clock, there were 2 ladies at the counter I greeted the 1st which is a “trainee” and told her I ordered online she ignored me flat anyways, another guy came and told her the same thing then she called the cashier then they started helping one customer imagine 2 ladies helping one person with a full store people waiting their for their assistance, she helped the guy who came after me then she left like that , I waited for another 10 minutes and asked the trainee to call the manager for me and that’s when they started helping me …… All in all I’ve never experienced such rudeness, is it because the guy who came after me was a white person that’s why they decided to start with him instead of me? Is it the customer service that you teach your employees? Because the last I checked it’s a first come first serve service , I am really not happy with their service , never going back there againBy the way the girls name was Thule or something
