Groblersdal wellness clinic has the best Sisters especially sister Ruth very patient, kind and caring made me very comfortable during our consultation and facilitated the virtual consultation with DR very well. I wish we had more nurses like her.

The shop refuses to give rain checks when they do not have stock of the product on sale. This is unfair because you can come 3 times in 3 days and be told the same thing. We come from far to get this ADVERTISED special and it is the stores responsibility to have stock. I love dischem but this disappointed me. Driving from leeuifontein just for this special and be told there's no stock. No deliveries made. And still refuse rain check. No please improve on customer satisfaction. Thank you

Friendly people

From security at the door, the shopping assistants on the floor, the Pharmacists Giep and Carla and their colleagues and the cashiers are probably the most friendly store in town. Went to fetch my chronic medication and Giep had it ready before you could say Dischem. I spent most of last year on crutches. The staff competed to see who could carry my medicine holder and other bags to the cashiers. And then there is Lillian. Some reason I mostly end up at her till. She remembers me well and she is always friendly and helpful. Always ask about my knees that were operated and wish me a good day. They are well stocked and it has seldom happened that I could not find something I needed. And if I struggled the friendly staff, including security quickly helps me to find it. A business that despite all the politics around their heads, I can gladly recommend.I was at Dischem again yesterday 29 April 2023 to buy some cosmetics for men. I ended up at Lillian's till again. She complimented me on how well I look. She was her friendly self. What a joy to shop there
