Really poor service. Had to sit on a phone for 10 mins and their sales department can't even answer a phone. But it's fine I'll rather drive further to a place I know I can get service

Absolutely useless. Called early this morning for filters said they had stock. Drove to Alrode ''Sorry Sir we do not sell filters here'' was referred to Longmeadow, guess what ''they do not sell filters here either... Specify on your website.

They send you on a road trip from alrode to long meadow for the fun of it since no one sells filters.Why not just specify from the start that you have to drive to boksburg? Or atleast attempt phone calls so the drive is not necessary? 1 hour and 30 minutes of my day wasted by other peoples incompetence.

I have no words that suffice to describe the kind of incompetent service I received from this business. I sent a request for a quote after I had called ahead to Shanita. 24 hours later when I urgently need the quote am I only being told that they will not be able to help and would like to refer me to their distributors???Some friendly advice. If you have some business to do and would like to have it go smoothly. Find an alternative supplier. Period.
