Excellent staff friendly and very helpful. The gym is spotless it is so clean and refreshing to be at. I wouldn't change anything about the gym except adding some Boxes for traing

Clean and professional. Seems to be marketed towards men exclusively, even in the branding and the equipment. Please find a way to incorporate all genders because women make up a big percentage of your gym members too

I used to work there and oh my only if i can go back, relaxed and healthy working environment and not to mention you make the gym fun, good for kids as well. They have unbelievable milkshakes of which i enjoyed. Great staff, excellent boss...i mean i can go on and on
