Yesterday was so packed and they just kept letting people in instead of limiting shoppers the que went out the door plus more people coming inside I felt uncomfortable when the shop assistant made people stand closer together in the line and ignored social distance markings and then proceeded to be upset and have a little issue with a lady refusing to ignore social distancing I suggest you up your game this is absolutely disgusting

Lovely store, friendly, happy staff. Wide range. Well priced. The blonde lady went out of her way to help me find the piercing jewellery I was looking for. The ankle chains fit, I am not a small woman, so am really impressed.

The past weekend myself and my nephew had taken his sister which is 6 months to get her ears pierced the mom was waiting outside of the shop because she didn’t want to see her baby cryingAs we entered the shop the lady at the front till and another lady went ahead and made a comment saying they do not condone teenage pregnancy and refused to do her ears at a later stage we explained that he is the brother and I’m the aunt due to my body structure I appear younger than my actual age and we got judged due to thatWe proceeded to walk out of the shop and never went back inside

Staff are usually helpful and friendly BUT today the lady at the till was so busy having a coversation that she never said a word to me and hardly even looked at me when I paid for my stuff. The shop was very busy but the conversation was more important ☹☹
