Reservoir Hills Post Office

Very rude teller. This lady “Ashweena Nepaul”, spoke to me like I’m a kid when I asked her for information about posting letter. This lady should lighten up maybe then things would be easier when we go to the post office for help. I would rather drive to Kloof or Roshdale post office for help, never going back there again.

(POST OFFICE IN THE RESERVOIR HILLS MALL) I was really disappointed at how rude the lady who should have helped me was. I got to the post office at 16:10 pm to get my bursary forms certified and the lady who attended to me said that she could not make copies so she referred me to the Reservoir Hills post office up the road so i was like no there is a shop here that i can make copies at. I get the copies and go back and the lady is so annoyed i could feel her irritation by the way she stamped my forms. That did not bother me because i got what i needed but then i realized i missed one form so i run across to get the form, photocopy it and when i get to the post office the lady is closing and it was 16:29 pm so i begged her to please certify the form for me for like a minute and she just was not budging so i told her thank you and walked away. Firstly the minute she closed earlier i could have being inside getting my form certified and secondly the entire day these ladies sit and do absolutely nothing but yet they are rude and miserable to customers ! I am really angry that i now have to go to a police station when all it would have taken was a minute. Terrible!!!!!
