Whatsapp operater is cheeky. He or she could be friendlier when speaking with family of the children. It's like talking to a brick wall, honestly. The convo never seems to get anywhere and redundant questions are asked. Sad.

Counsellors and environment are wonderful, however, the receptionist answering WhatsApp queries at times tends to be unfriendly, unhelpful and lacks general telephone etiquette such as greeting.

Warm and welcoming... The counsellors are professional, good listeners, well educated on symptoms in mental health to well being, excellent and attentive to there clients.
