Very bad service every time I visited the clinic. Firstly no one is happy to assist someone who is lost. Secondly some staff members are very rude to patients which is surprising since it's contrary to the skills traits a nurse, Patron or doctor should possess. You only get assisted if you request to speak to the superior. There is no patience on some of the staff especially for old people who must beg for assistance.

Failed government health facility

Went to my local clinic and it was still closed so I came here and was told to go back to that clinic ,so I asked to see Matron Modau and she made herself available to explain to me why they ask patients to use clinics within 5m radius from your home ,did you know that each clinic gets allocated resources and budget according to the number of people recorded on the sensus in that Area??? If we all flood one clinic they will not have enough for the people in that area and they also get overworked.Also each clinic must submit daily foot traffic the more people the more development there will be.Thank you Nurse Pasha and Matron Modau

Very poor service if you are not from dobsonville you won't get help they say you have to go to your local clinic ,it really painful , we expect to find health help wherever we are.

BAD Service. I told one of those pathetic nurses about their treatment. I was very angry. If you can't deal with patients, don't be a nurse or work at a health department.
