This business has one of the best venues in a mall. Great floor space, huge natural light assets, and situated in a modern environment, but falls down badly on service.Waited a long time (20 minutes plus) for a simple egg on toast and had to get up and ask for butter spread after being ignored.And the scrambled egg could have been done much better as it looked as if had a swim.In the week, the place is virtually empty and is one of the first businesses to close. On the weekend, it can get packed but really has to improve its offering.

Great coffee and good service. The portion sizes are healthy and the food is good. This week Ayanda served us and as usual she was great. The manager was also particularly attentive which we really appreciated. Our favourite go-to place now when we are stuck for something to eat.

We were there on 16th June and it was not even full. The service was terrible as we asked for cappuccino to be served with our breakfast but it was served before as it got cold by the time the breakfast was served. The waitress: Feline was very argumentative and defensive when we explained it to her. She hardly gave us a chance to talk. Therefore we didn’t want to talk to the manager and just wanted to leave. We will not be back since the food also not great as my bacon was burnt. Waitress not interested in checking on us if our meal was okay. Overall very bad service!!

We love the breakfast special at Knead Constantia Emporium. Extremely fast service and the staff are always so friendly, lovely and efficient. They also play the best music! We will continue to be regular customers.

For messy meals like falafal one servitte will not do. Tried to call the waitresses but they seemed preoccupied so had to go to the counter to ask for more. Besides that they were friendly. Food was good but prefer more spicy food. The place is spacious and love the wooden floors and tables. Needs a few plants or flowers.

Took ages to get waitresses' attention and thus missed the 09h00 cut-off for breakfast special. When I asked her whether they could accommodate me with a breakfast special she gave me an insolent stare and reiterated that I was too late. Sulky service, not nice!

A delightful stop for a late lunch, especially with their R75 special after 2pm for burgers, pizza and tacos/wraps.
