Great service and good value. Service was professional with excellent communication and expectation management. Staff were efficient and friendly. I will use Robin and his team again and highly recommend them.

I booked Chem-Dry to clean my couches, and I wasn't very impressed with the service. My couches look great, but the team was more than an hour late. It was frustrating to say the least. It was up to me to contact them and enquire about the lateness, rather than the team keeping me in the loop. I understand that life happens and external factors can contribute to being late, but the lack of communication and updates leaves a bad taste in one's mouth. I didn't think it was fair that only R100 was knocked off, it doesn't seem like adequate compensation, but it is what it is. Right now, I don't think I'd use the service again.I used the Durban North branch.

I recieved a recommendation from my daughter, she recently had her furniture upholstery cleaned by Chem-Dry, she was so impressed with the outcome and knew that I was planning to have my furniture re-upholstered because I did not think that they would ever come clean, she suggested that I just try Chem-Dry and I had my lounge suite as well as my carpets cleaned, and was I impressed! My carpets were absolutely ruined by someone else, that used too much soap on them, I did get someone else to try and clean them but they were not successful. My furniture and carpets are new again! Besides that, the two Chem- Dry staff were very efficient and friendly and respectable! I was bowled over by what I was charged, I have paid double in the past! Thank you Chem-Dry, I can highly reccommend you! My daughter and I are two very happy clients!

We have been using Andrew and his team in Somerset West regularly and never have they disappointed. Indeed a supplier with true service values, something very special in this day and age.Remarkable, thank you guys.

What a pleasure to do business with Robin. He is passionate about what he does and super knowledgeable and experienced on carpeting and all fabrics. You can entrust him with your most valuable furniture and carpets, new and and antique pieces. I had a terrible rust stain on a white carpet which he treated with care, my carpet looks brand new!

Good dayI had 3 gentleman from Chem-dry come to my house last Friday. From the moment they entered my gate, they were friendly and very professional. They went through a lot of trouble to make sure my huge couch was cleaned to the best of their ability and that on a Friday afternoon while others would rush off to get home. Very professional. Robin kept me informed wrt time of arrival etc. The team members were courteous and dressed in appropriate uniforms. The carpets looked amazing afterwards and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Team was professional and friendly.We had our sofa cleaned and it looks like new. Our carpets were taken offsite to their factory for a deep clean, and they have come back looking spotless. I can highly recommend in the Centurion area
