I've changed my review. Took my kiddo for a shave Thursday the 7th 2021. They normally take an hour but I had to call them after 90 minutes and they were still finishing up. Got home and saw that they shaved out a piece of my babies ear! She also looked like she had a fight with a lawnmover which tells met that the clipper is old and needs to be replaced. I will give them -5 stars but it's not possible. They also didnt inform me which would've been the appropriate thing to do. I'm absolute-pd! They will never ever see me again!

I found the shop staff friendly and helpful albeit a very busy store. I took my 2 toy Poms in for grooming requesting the teddy bear cut. When I fetched them I could see that they had been washed but they looked the same with their long hair still. Their bums were shaved and feet trimmed that’s all. The young lady assisting me in the shop said that 1 still had to be finished when I went inside the parlour the groomer said “sy lieg”. And gave my dogs back to me. She was more concerned about leaving work for the day at an early time. So now I don’t have confidence in that parlour being capable of doing a proper grooming.

Always fantastic customer service at this branch. I take my pets for their grooming too and they treat my pets so well. Thank you for being awesome. We will continue to be regular shoppers.

Have always been happy but today was not impressed. Took them 1 and1/2 hours to groom my miniature schnauzer because the clippers were malfunctioning and not a good cut at all. There seems to be completely different staff there except for one very pleasant, polite entleman who has been there for the past year. Not sure I will be back.
