NBP Plumbing & Electrical

Unfortunately there wasn’t a no star option. I contacted NBP to change my shower mixer last year. Unfortunately the job was too complicated for him to do, so he outsourced it to another plumber to do the job. So I don’t what type of plumber he is. The shower mixer was fixed, but the plumber he got to do the job, did not do tiling. NBP said they will complete the tiling. I’ve been contacting them from last year before they broke for holiday about the tiling. They never notify us that they will be unavailable. They said they open on the 6th and will do it then. I phoned on the 6th in the morning and said they are going to prioritize there jobs. After waiting for such a long time, they said they will do the job on the 7th January at 16:00. I waited the entire day and no one pitched up to do the job.

I had an after hour pipe brake and they came within half an hour and helped us with a fix. Verry happy with the service I received

They were supposed to install a kitchen tap in our one room, did so with ALL the copper piping exposed - no cutting in. When we proceeded to complain about it, and ask what we paid for - their worker cut the copper pipes, left the site disconnected gesyer and open stop tap.We now have wasted water, a wet floor, half a job, and we have to go patch the wreckacge left behind ourselves.I will never use them again.
