Displaying items which are on stock outs...not even sure if they will have any coming...Unnecessary delays when you come to buy and collect immediately. a 30 minutes thing lasted more than 2 hours on Monday 26th May 2021OTHERWISE YOUR SERVICE IS GOOD. STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND YOU ACCOMODATED ME WITH MY SPECIAL REQUESTS ON WHEN TO HAVE DELIVERY.

Purchased structural timber from them which looked fine during delivery as they were bundle together, once a wanted to use them and unbundled them I came to realize that the wood is extremely crooked and unusable for roof structure.I contacted them and spoke to the manager and now almost a week later and still no feedback, when I contact them they just say that they are working on it.Wull definitely not purchase from them again.

Very cleanService is goodThe only let down is them running out of stock on a few thing and deliveries that took long due to availability but I do recommend itNo hassles when returning goods as long as you have proof (receipt) and not older than 6 months
